Q3 Academy Langley opened its doors in September 2016, becoming the first brand new secondary education provider in Sandwell in a decade.

We are seeking to appoint Student Support Champions in the following areas: 

Student Support Champion 

Student Support Champion - with a focus on reading 

Student Support Champion - with a focus on Well-being and Mental Health 

Please state on your application which role you are applying for

We are looking for someone who has experience of:

• Working with a wide range of stakeholders, including external agencies responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of all students including CAMHS, MASH, etc. 

and/or

• Behaviour management within a school setting.

Are you dedicated to high standards of behaviour and able to provide excellent pastoral support to students?

• Confident to identify and communicate with line managers, priority areas for improvement.

This role is working 37 hours per week. term time, inclusive of 5 INSET days with an additional 5 days to be worked during Academy closure, to meet the needs of the Academy.
