Pay scale: £29,577 - £33,782 (FE Pay Scale 25 - 30) (actual gross p/a)

Responsible to: Head of Pastoral

Contract: Full time, Term Time, Permanent.

Note: This is a term time only role, you will be required to work during term time only, taking all college holidays. The salary range stated above has already been pro-rata to take this into account, and the £ range stated is therefore the actual salary range for this position, with no further reductions to be applied for term time only working.

We offer full-time Study Programmes that provide individualised learning experiences, whilst developing learner’s key employability and supported living skills. We have made it our mission to provide an inspirational learning environment for person centred vocational education in a community-based setting, enabling learners to achieve exceptional outcomes. We first opened our doors in 2014 with 10 learners and 3 staff. Since then, we have successfully grown the college to what it is today, with over 105 students and 70 staff. We are an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ college and I am now looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join my team and contribute towards achieving ‘Outstanding’ status.

Working as part of our Pastoral and Therapies team, you will focus on delivering high-quality Speech and Language Therapy to make a real impact on learner outcomes. You will work collaboratively with all departments across the College to upskill our staff team and ensure learners can access the curriculum. You will actively contribute to outstanding provision.
