Wraparound Care – Breakfast Club

Springcroft Primary School

We are looking for a wraparound care support member of staff to work with our children during breakfast club, 07:30am to 09:00am, providing indoor care to support the school in safeguarding the welfare of our children.

Working under the direction and instruction of senior staff, you will support children with preparing, delivering and participating in play opportunities and activities, setting up and clearing away play session activities and helping to ensure that resources are maintained and clean.

As children come into school early in the morning, Springcroft provides a breakfast service to children, which you will be responsible for supporting.  by preparing food such as toast, drinks and bowls of cereal, and helping children to deposit left overs safely.  Springcroft will support you in being aware of any children with allergies.

We work as a team and the safety of children is always our top priority.  In the event that a child becomes unwell or in case of injury, you will be responsible for summoning help, where necessary and providing basic first aid for minor injuries.
