Job Details

Rugby Borough Council is looking to recruit a Local Land Charges Project Assistant for the Planning Team. The post holder will be responsible for providing project support with the Land Charges digitalisation project in conjunction with HM Land Registry and assisting team members with the processing and despatching of Local Searches. General administration of Local Land Charges service in a ‘’Systems Thinking’’ manner to ensure continued service improvement for the customer.

Previous experience or general knowledge of Land Charges would be desirable although in-house training would be available for the successful applicant. The opportunity to work from home for some of the time during the working week may be a possibility.
