We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy Revenues team as a Revenues Team Leader, where we manage and administer Council Tax, Business Rates and the Recovery of both for the Warwick District Council area and Business Rates for Stratford District Council.

You should have experience of managing a team, training, mentoring and giving constructive feedback in a fast-paced administrative environment and be a great team player.  You will need to have excellent communication skills, to be able to work collaboratively alongside multiple teams, along with the ability to analyse and comprehend complex queries and responding to complaints. 

You will have ICT skills equivalent to ECDL level and 4 or more GSCEs grades A-C or equivalent. You will need at least 2 years’ demonstrable work experience of managing or supervising a team in a Local Government or similar environment.

The intention is for this jobholder to work from home. However, office working and hybrid working is also available.
