Site Services Officer (Caretaker)

We are excited to offer this fantastic opportunity for a Site Services Officer/Caretaker to join a dedicated premises team consisting of three members of staff within the maintenance department.

You will be part of the team responsible for maintaining the facilities, health and safety on site and site security. Furthermore, you will help us ensure that our Academy provides a safe, welcoming and purposeful environment for students, staff and visitors.

Purpose:

To support the site manager in all aspects of the role;

• Security of the Academy and Grounds
• Minor maintenance of premises, internal fixtures, fittings and furniture
• Ensuring standards of security and safety, cleanliness and tidiness are maintained and monitored throughout the premises and grounds
• As a key holder on rota, to be responsible for emergency call outs in the event of fire and intruder alarms, property damage , burglary attempts, floods, etc.

Site Manager

Salary:

Grade F to G, point 6 – 13 (£19,698 - £22,627)

Hours of Work:

The position is full-time, 52 weeks per year and is on a shift basis 6:00am to 2:00pm week 1 and 1:00pm to 9:00pm week 2
