As a crucial member of our Total Reward team, our Total Reward Advisors will be adding real value to our employees of the City Council, through researching and reviewing our current reward, benefits and recognition offers.  We will support you to develop in this really proactive and exciting field of work, with a great team waiting for you to join them!

Working closely with all our People Services colleagues and with the management team, your work will be supporting to break new ground for our People Services offer; implementing Total Reward Statements, demonstrating the great package we already offer, but also, looking to move with the times and shape what our current - and future - workforce wants from a modern employment experience.  Breaking the mould is just one aspect of this busy and exciting role, along with; supporting on the annual pay reporting, advising and guiding our managers on existing policy and procedure, and supporting the Total Reward Lead and Total Reward Officer to review cyclical benefits. It goes without saying, you would like to know you have an understanding and passion for reward and recognition, but what is really important, are your transferable skills.  We want to hear from you if you are confident of delivering work at pace, have an your ability to see the “big picture”, you are data confident (to analyse and present findings) and you develop really strong relationships with stakeholders - all of these skills will be called upon to listen, develop and communicate our “best in class” offer of rewards and benefits that help us to attract, recognise and retain our very valuable workforce and the immense work they deliver for the citizens of our brilliant City.
