Salary: Grade 5 Point NJC 12 - 16; Actual - £19,337 - £22,211
Hours of Working: 35 hours per week, 44.5 weeks, Term Time
Required: Fixed term to 31st August 2023 in the first instance
Trinity C of E Primary Academy and St. Jude’s C of E Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an excellent, highly motivated Teaching Assistant to work across the primary age range in our thriving Primary Academy. The age range of the pupils is from 2 years of age to 11 years of age.
As a Grade 5 Cover Teaching Assistant the role will initially be to support children working within classrooms and through intervention with small groups. There will also be opportunities to cover a full class when requested.
As a Grade 5 Teaching Assistant with an interest in SEND, the role will initially be to support children with SEND, working within classrooms and through intervention with small groups across the academy. The successful candidate should have good literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively within a team as well as understand the current needs of children.
