Hours: (15 to 18 hours) over 3 days – to be negotiated

Pay: Scale 3

Contract Type: Part time Permanent Variable

Dodford First School is a small, happy and caring school that aims to provide the highest quality education for children from 3 to 9 years in a historic school nestled in the centre of a village. In the time children are part of our school, we foster a positive attitude towards learning, building strong foundations for their future and be wonderfully curious about the world around them.

The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint an experienced and committed Administration Officer who will be able to work as part of a team in a flexible role, work under their own initiative, have patience and understanding.

Whilst the role is largely to manage the school administration, being a small school, an allocation of time will also be given to supporting the financial efficiency of the school completing tasks such as raising order, training can be given as and when needed. Flexibility in the role is key. You will be fully supported in your role and welcomed as part of our school family.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for this role.
