The governors are looking to appoint an inspirational Pre-School Manager to lead our Governor Led Pre-School.

The successful candidate will be someone who will support the school’s aim to help children thrive and achieve positive life outcomes by preparing them for their educational journey through inspiring and creative learning opportunities.

We are looking for someone who:

  • loves working with children and put them at the heart of all they do;
  • has considerable experience working within an EYFS setting and has had a role of responsibility;
  • is enthusiastic and is ready for a new and exciting challenge to join our friendly, hardworking EYFS team;
  • can motivate, lead and inspire your team and help them to grow as educators;
  • has a superb understanding of child-development and is focused on delivering excellent standards of care and education;
  • is willing to contribute to the life of our school and its community.

The successful applicant will join an exceptionally hardworking team both in pre-school and across the EYFS. They will have very high expectations of pupils’ achievement and behaviour. The successful applicant will have a genuine enthusiasm for whole school life and will be committed to support our children make progress.

Teaching observations: Week beginning Monday 20th June 

Interview & Presentation: Monday 27th June
