Salary: Grade 4 SCP 5 to SCP 6 - £19650 to £20043 Pro Rata

(actual salary for 30.83 hours, Term Time only - £16116 to £16438)

Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Inclusion Support Assistant to join our friendly team. The chosen candidate will mainly support a KS1 child on a one to one basis in the classroom setting.

The successful candidate should ideally have experience of working in a primary school, supporting groups and/or individuals who have additional needs. Experience of working with children with Social, Emotional and Mental health needs that may present as challenging behaviours would be beneficial.

We need someone who has good written, oral and numeracy skills. A calm, nurturing & flexible approach is essential.
