We are looking for Assistant Headteachers who will be exemplary Early Years Teachers with a commitment to child-centred learning, have highly developed interpersonal skills which enable effective collaboration and communication when working with children, staff, parents, Governors and the wider community; be able to lead and inspire our enthusiastic staff team and support the Headteacher in the strategic development of the Nursery School.

Marsh Hill Nursery School and Perry Beeches Nursery School are currently working collaboratively. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to develop Leadership and Management Skills. Dedicated release time would be given to enable you to work across both schools and you will be given full support from the Headteacher and

Deputy Headteacher.

During the last few years, our teachers have gone on to be promoted to positions in both primary and nursery schools, including Headship and we are looking for someone who is ambitious, prepared to work hard, use their initiative and share our high aspirations for our school. At our last OFSTED Inspection (May 2018) we were judged as “OUTSTANDING”. “The achievement of all children is outstanding. Regardless of starting points or any barriers to

learning, each child receives the care and support they need to make excellent progress.”
