Pastoral Support Assistant
Grade 5 – £20,043 - £21,269 per annum – pro rata.
Actual starting salary £17,674 per annum
(There is also separate advert for an enhanced Grade 6 role for a suitably qualified or experienced candidate)

We are looking for a pro-active Pastoral Support Assistant with strong communication skills to provide day-to-day support for our students. Working alongside Achievement Leaders, and the Inclusion Manager you will promote positive learning attitudes and inclusion; liaise with parents and staff; and carry out a range of duties to support our students’ social, emotional and academic needs. The role will be linked to key year groups but there will be opportunities to work with students across the school. Working hours will be 8.30am-4.30pm (4pm on a Friday) with a 30 minute lunch break.
