In order to continue to drive this forward and to ensure that local people really feel the benefit of investment, growth and jobs an experienced planning and regeneration professional and indeed senior manager is required to develop and co-ordinate the Borough's planning and regeneration strategy for the next decade, to integrate this within the changing landscape around employment and skills and to ensure that all of this is firmly aligned with the Council's corporate aspirations and drive to be a key regional player whilst retaining our community council focus.

You will be educated to degree level in a related discipline.
You will need to demonstrate a senior level experience of delivering built development and regeneration programmes, together with the establishment and delivery of employment and skills interventions within a political environment.
