Office Services Manager - Level 3
Start date: 1st September 2022
Salary: Grade 6 £21,269 - 23,953
Marshlands School is looking to appoint a friendly, approachable and professional Office Services Manager to run the reception office at our satellite site.
The post will be on a full time basis of 37 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 4.15pm and Friday 8.15am - 3.45pm.
Duties will include:
Dealing with complex reception/visitor matters
Dealing with children taken ill during the school day
Provide routine clerical support e.g. photocopying/filing and completion of routine forms.
Maintaining manual and computerised records including Sims and finance packages.
Undertake administration of complex procedures.
Monitoring and managing stock.
Sorting and distribution of mail.
