About Us and the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisers to join our supportive and friendly team advising and helping customers with their enquiries by telephone and face to face.  Whilst you will need to be able to attend the office to undertake any face to face enquiries, we can offer a working from home option, when dealing with telephone enquiries following your training period.

What the role entails:

Handling calls from customers for a variety of queries

Dealing with customer enquiries face to face

Resolving queries at first point of contact

Providing excellent customer service at all times

What are we looking for?

Full training will be provided but we would prefer some previous experience in a customer service role eg hospitality or retail.

Excellent written and verbal skills

Computer literate

Salary £20,043 rising to £21,269
