The Role
Race Leys Infant School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our teaching team. We are looking for someone who is committed to high standards and who has high expectations for both attainment and achievement.  The candidate should have experience  at either middle or leadership level.

This is a permanent, full-time position. To start preferably on 5th September 2022 but if current circumstances do not allow the start would be on 31st October 2022.

The successful candidate will:
•    Have a creative approach to teaching and learning that will inspire, challenge and motivate all learners to reach high levels of achievement.
•    Is, or has the potential and motivation to become, an outstanding practitioner.
•    Can offer proven good or outstanding practice in teaching and learning in the Foundation Stage or KS1.
•    Has high expectations of children’s behaviour
•    Is willing to contribute positively to the life of the school and its community.
•    Is cheerful, enthusiastic and creative
•    Embraces change and innovation positively.
•    Have excellent communication and organisation skills.
