We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our busy school office team to provide an
effective administrative support service. This will involve working in the school reception being the first point of call for all visitors and parents. No two days are the same so the successful candidate will need to have the resilience and enthusiasm to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful you should be educated to level 4 or above in English and Maths and ideally have an intermediate level or above qualification in word processing. You should have experience of using Microsoft office and databases packages. It is also essential that you have excellent customer service and communication skills as well as previous experience in administration including reception work. Experience of working in a school setting is desirable.
Yarnfield Primary School is a three-form entry primary school with a 52 place nursery serving a diverse community in south Birmingham. The school is part of the Summit Learning trust which comprises of four primary schools, three secondary schools and a sixth form.
