Pro Rata:  £17,486 - £21,314 based on 37 hours a week (FTE: £20,442 - £24,920)

Bredon Hill is a vibrant school located in a delightful rural setting.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to deliver lessons when the usual teacher is absent.  Duties will include covering registrations and pre-planned lessons, assisting pupils’ learning, following our Behaviour for Learning procedures and supporting our SEND department.

The willingness to offer extra-curricular PE provision and/or drive the school minibus would be desirable but not essential.

In addition, the successful applicant should have the following:

• Experience of working with children and teaching whole classes.
• The ability to form positive working relationships with staff and pupils.
• Good inter-personal skills.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
