Position:                      Attendance Officer

Start Date:                  ASAP

Contract Type:          Permanent

Hours:                         37 hours per week, 08:00 – 16:00, Monday – Thursday and 08:00 – 15:30 Friday.  Working term time, 39.2 weeks per year, including one day summer working.

Pay:                             Grade 4 (SCP 5-6)

FTE annual salary                 £19,650

Actual pro-rated salary       £16,989

Based on 39.2 working weeks and 45.08 pay weeks (under 5 years’ service)

Chase Terrace Academy, a partner school in John Taylor Multi-Academy Trust, is looking to appoint an Attendance Assistant to provide general administrative support to the academy in relation to the attendance of students, ensuring all absenteeism is managed and recorded in accordance with the academy’s attendance policy.

 

Chase Terrace Academy is a dynamic, community focused 11-18 school. We are a ‘Good’ school (Ofsted Sept 2019), and we are fiercely ambitious about strengthening our achievement profile further.
