Job Start Date:  September 2022

Term time and 5 inset days

35 hours per week: 08:00 - 16:00 (1 hour lunch)
The Governors, staff and pupils are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to work within our inclusive and supportive team as our School Business Manager.

As a member of the leadership team you will be expected to contribute to the wider strategic and operational development of our school and advise the Leadership team and Governors.

Key responsibilities of this role will include the leadership of Finance, HR, Premises, ICT and Administration.  The post holder will sit on the school’s senior leadership team under the direction of the Headteacher.

The post requires a range of skills and experience:
• Well-developed accounting and financial management skills including budget planning, monitoring and reporting experience
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to think strategically
• Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
• A range of knowledge with regard to facilities management
• Performance management knowledge

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
