Do you have experience of working in an office environment?

Have you experience of working within a customer service area?

Do you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills?

If the answer is yes, then consider joining our friendly and supportive Admissions & Appeals Team as an Admissions Caseworker.

About the role:

The primary focus is to:

  • Have the ability to undertake casework in relation to the phased admissions process
  • Be organised and able to assist the team in all aspects of administration 
  • Be an effective communicator, providing advice and support to parents and schools.
  • Have the confidence in liaising with a multitude of stakeholders that include: schools, other local authorities as well as parents/carers.
