Vacancy – Administrative Officer with responsibility for First Aid – term time only including 6 additional days for INSET purposes
Salary: £20043 - £21269 FTE, pro rata depending on service and experience
Start Date: 1 September 2022
The Local Academy Committee of the Brewood and Wheaton Aston Federation are seeking to appoint an Admin Officer to join our friendly and supportive Admin Team based at Brewood CE Middle Academy.
You will be joining a friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated team and will undertake a wide range of duties associated with a busy school office. You will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school and will need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels and have a welcoming, friendly and helpful manner. The duties of the post are varied so a high level of flexibility is required. We are looking for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience of dealing with school attendance, liaising with families and outside agencies as appropriate and using management information databases.. Therefore, confidentiality, professionalism, the ability to prioritise workloads, and to work using your own initiative, with minimal supervision, is paramount.
The role is covered by the following job profile and will be for 37 hours per week, from 8:30am to 4:30 pm Monday – Thursday and from 8:30am to 4:00pm on a Friday, (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
