Inclusion Manager – Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding candidate to this new role.  We are looking for someone who is committed, confident and passionate about supporting young people and helping them to succeed.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the daily running of our internal alternative provision, ensuring students’ attend school, are on time every day and are supported to ensure their behaviour is demonstrating they are ready to learn.  The successful candidate will take the lead in contacting parents/carers where children have been or who are absent from internal AP, creating positive relationships and building trust between home and school. 

OSCA is a welcoming academy which has benefitted from a major re-build and refurbishment programme. This has created exciting, new and well-equipped learning spaces.  We are becoming increasingly the academy of choice in our community and are full and oversubscribed once again.

We are in very close proximity to Birmingham city centre with excellent transport links by car, bus and train; and are just a few minutes from Junction 2 of the M5.

Grade 7 (pt 26 £30,984 to pt 30 £34,373 pro rata)
