Physiotherapist are invited to join a developing and diverse team that is forward thinking and dynamic. We are working together with both Health and Social Care to smooth the transition from hospital to home, supporting people to stay in their homes for as long as possible, maximising the role of the individual and informal carer, changing people’s lives for the better.
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: Grade 8
The physiotherapy role in social services is a brand new initiative to enhance the Reablement service by providing community physio therapy. The post holder will work within the multi disciplinary team to provide specialist skills in the assessment, implementation and evaluation of treatment in order to promote independence, well being and choice for people of all ages with a disability or long term condition.
The applicant must be a qualified Physiotherapist and HCPC registered with previous experience working in the community setting.
