We are seeking to appoint an experienced Estates, Facilities and Sustainability Manager to lead the implementation of an estates strategy and manage all aspects of the school’s properties including upkeep, care, maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will also manage, support and develop the site team across Trust.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their breadth of knowledge and work experience in managing all aspects of H&S, buildings and site projects, security and access, working with SLT to ensure strategic objectives are delivered on time and producing management reports when necessary. Your interpersonal skills, excellent time management, financial management and negotiating skills are also key aspects of this role.

Equitas Academies Trust was formed in September 2012 and incorporates Aston Manor Academy (Secondary) and Chilwell Croft Academy (Primary). Both Academies are happy, exciting, and inspiring learning environments for their children who are from a vibrant mix of cultures.
