An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Safeguarding and Support Team for an experienced administrator.  Details of this role are below.

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary:  Grade 4 

Location: Corbyn Road, Russells Hall Estate, Dudley. DY1 2JZ

 

An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen in our Safeguarding and Support Team for an experienced administrator for a fixed term contract of six months. You will work as part of our admin team supporting Social Workers and Managers.  Duties include minuting meetings, telephony and data base inputting.  

You will assist with the day to day workload. In addition you will work with the other pod co-ordinators to assist with general pod duties where necessary as follows;

  • Ensuring calendars are up to date and co-ordinated
  • Arranging meetings
  • Providing management information to the Team Manager
  • Minuting identified meetings as required
  • Assisting the Team Manager in monitoring performance reports e.g. child protection visit timescales
  • Servicing and recording decisions of the weekly case reflection Pod meeting
  • Updating the social care information systems as required
  • Telephony Service provided on a rota basis within our duty team
  • Excellent customer services skills are an essential requirement of this job
