Job Details
Warwickshire Fire & Rescue Service (WFRS) is currently recruiting for a Wholetime substantive Watch Manager.
External Applicants
To be eligible to apply, applicants will be whole-time substantive competent Watch Managers who are able to demonstrate and prove competence via their employer.
A written gateway examination will be required for applicants that can’t evidence the appropriate IFE’s.

Internal Applicants
In accordance with the current Development and Promotion Service Order, applications are welcomed from;
Substantive whole-time Watch Managers who are willing to transfer. Whole-time Crew Managers who have successfully passed the whole-time CM - WM promotion board On-Call substantive Watch Managers who have passed the whole-time CM – WM promotion board

Essential Criteria
Provide evidence of up-to-date operational training and competence Not in possession of any formal disciplinary at point of application or during the process. Be medically fit to undertake and pass a WFRS fitness test and medical. Hold a current UK driving licence.
