Classroom / Personal Support Assistants Grade B Full time with option of Part time to be considered
Salary range:  £18870.00 - £19650.00 (pro-rata)
Monday - Friday 9.15 - 3.30 Actual salary £11,908.00 (term time only) 27.5 hours 
Mornings – 9.00 – 1.30 Actual salary £9802.00 (term time only) 22.5 hours
Afternoons – 11.30 – 15.30 Actual salary £8713.00 (term time only) 20 hours

We are looking to recruit Classroom/ personal support assistants to start September 2022. We are looking for full time and there is an option for part time to be considered.  You will be based either at our Reynalds Cross site or our Satellite site at Green Lane, Shirley.

You will be joining teams of dedicated and supportive professionals working with pupils who have learning difficulties. So if you have the ability to show empathy, patience, initiative and understanding needed when working with pupils who have a range of learning difficulties, complex medical needs and behavioural challenges we would love to hear from you.  

The job requires you to support during teaching time and free choice times.  You will have personal pupil care plans to follow and part of your role will involve carrying out personal care and hygiene needs.  There is a physical and active element to this role so you will need a good level of physical fitness. Previous experience of working in a school or special school environment would be helpful but is not essential.
