The Board of Directors of Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy
Company (“the MAC”), are now seeking to appoint to the role of
Administrative Assistant to join our proud and successful team. The
position will be based at Bethany House within the Central Team and the
start date for this position is as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator who can
offer support to key members of the MAC Executive Team in relation to
business operations. We wish to hear from you if you have:

• An understanding of finance systems

• Strong time management skills

• Good mathematical skills

• The ability to multitask

• Problem-solving skills

• Strong organisational skills

• Written and verbal communication skills,

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability to deal with all members of an organisation

• A professional and friendly demeanour
