Quality Intelligence Officer

 

Salary:  £32,798 - £37,568 per annum

 

37 Hours per week – 12 months fixed term / internal secondment

 

About the role

 

The Quality Intelligence Officer is responsible for designing, testing and embedding quality assurance systems, tools and processes in order to deliver continuous improvement across services and better outcomes for people. The post will undertake a variety of duties to help provide assurance that services are safe and meet the assessed needs of people.

 

Proactively contribute to the management of performance, quality and information projects and support business planning to enable effective monitoring and reporting of the care market.

 

Manage reporting processes and the designing, implementation and maintenance of intelligence systems, both at macro and micro levels to include thematic analysis and reporting to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

 

What you’ll bring

 

We are seeking a dynamic and solution focussed officer, with a passion for improving quality of care.  This job requires a person with an analytical mindset and the ability to take innovative approaches. The person for this role has advanced ICT skills and is able to design data management systems. They will also have a focus on finding efficiencies and identifying ways to automate processes.
