We are currently recruiting for A System Support Technical Officer.
This is an essential role to provide technical support for the Support Services Team and assist with the provision of systems support for the Community Finance Unit. You will assist the Project and Development Officers within the Shared service to ensure the unit achieves excellence to its customers, both internal and external.
We are looking for candidates with;
• Ability to understand arithmetical and logical formulae used in spreadsheets
• Qualification in English & Maths at Level 2 or equivalent qualification
• Business Administration Level 3 or willing to work towards
• Ability to collate and provide accurate information to all service providers
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Thorough methodical and committed approach to work.
• Versatile and adaptable, willing to embrace change
To be successful in the role you will need to have;
• Recent experience of working to strict targets and deadlines.
• Recent experience of reconciliation and maintenance of Computer Systems and financial spreadsheets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing, consistent with the provision of a first line support service.
• Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collate and provide accurate information to all service providers
• Ability to work under pressure and to time scales
• Ability to relate to and work with other members of team, whilst also being willing and able to work at times on own initiative.
