Do you want to make a difference to the next generation? We are seeking an efficient and conscientious Senior Administrator to manage our Sixth Form Office on a day to day basis, together with responsibility for planning and maintaining the staff and student whole school timetable throughout the year.

The Academy offers a unique blend of tradition and future, seeking the highest standards of behaviour and appearance, whilst maintaining an emphasis on harnessing technologies, and exploring every avenue in improving teaching, learning, and assessment.

We are looking for;

  • Proven experience /competency with the use of a variety of computer systems – ideally; Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, EDVAL, Microsoft Power BI and School Cloud
  • Knowledge and experience of managing a School MIS (ARBOR)
  • Innovation and creativity in developing solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels
  • To balance a workload of conflicting priorities Ability to organise and develop effective systems Demonstrated attention to detail An individual to work with initiative and self motivation
