ACADEMIC COACH – ENGLISH – PART TIME – 15 HOURS / 2 DAYS PER WEEK – Ref: TV24022 

Start Date: September 2022

Salary: NJC scale 12-22 Actual pay £7,791 - £9,498 pa

Contract Term: Permanent subject to 6 months probationary period.

Contract Type: term Time – 15 hours per week.

We are looking for;

• A qualified and enthusiastic team player to support the academic achievement of our students. Ideally, the successful candidate will hold an English Degree qualification

• An individual who is committed to delivering active and engaging learning, which enthuses young people and motivates them to want to succeed The successful candidate will contribute to the management and delivery of study support programs in English A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with students, parents and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to monitor progress and evaluate the coaching initiative An individual with a continued commitment to their own professional development.
