Cover Supervisor/Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Required for September 22
Permanent position- 37.00 hours per week- (Term time)
8:30am until 4:00pm Monday to Friday
Grade 5- £20,042 to £22,128 pro rata per annum
We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor with some HLTA work to join our friendly and extremely hard-working team of staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering prepared lessons, supervising whole classes of students, providing support and continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
They will have the ability to motivate students, ensuring that lessons are delivered in a calm, focused and constructive atmosphere as well as the ability to :
- Provide feedback to students and staff colleagues in relation to progress, achievement, behaviour and attendance etc.
- Inspiring students with enthusiasm for learning
- Creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment
- Working effectively and making a significant contribution to our school
