The Governors are looking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic Finance Support Assistant with the drive and motivation to work in a fast-paced school office.

 

 

 

We are looking for someone who

 

 

 

  • Has a passion for supporting children to progress their learning Can work on their own initiative and be self-motivated but also work collaboratively as part of the busy office team Has an ability to work under pressure and remain calm

 

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day finances which includes (but not exhaustive) processing invoices, investigating order related queries and banking in line with Staffordshire County Council’s financial regulations and procurement guidelines.  A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills are essential, as are excellent interpersonal skills and possess a polite, professional telephone manner.  

 

 

 

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, term time plus insets and 1 day during the summer holidays
