Grade 6 (£20,092-£23,541) pro rata

 32.5hr per week, term time only plus 2 weeks.

(With a view to possible increase hours at a later date. This will be discussed at interview)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and friendly Office Manager to take the lead in our busy school office. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a part in our ongoing school improvement.

We are looking for an Office Manager who:

 

  • Has experience of working in a school office and can demonstrate efficient ICT skills.
  • Has recent experience of using SIMS, Financial Management Systems and Data inputting programmes.
  • Has knowledge of billing, budgeting and school accounts.
  • Acts with professionalism while being friendly and approachable.
