The Candidate

We are looking to appoint an ambitious, talented and committed Teaching Assistant
who really cares about helping children to succeed. We are looking for someone who
is kind, reliable and has a passion for working in the classroom, or one to one, is
enthusiastic and builds rapport well with staff and students alike.

To be successful in this role, you will have a good knowledge of current practices on
the best ways to support children’s learning and behaviour, promoting pupils’
independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. Giving support to pupils, individually
or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience
a sense of achievement. Our goal is for every child to leave our school happy and
successful, with memories that they will cherish and skills that are the foundation of
their future learning.
