Business Manager - Holy Trinity Academy
Full-time (37 Hours Per Week), Permanent Position
NJC Scale PO14, Points 40 to 43 (£44,624 to £47,665) dependant on experience
The Governors of Holy Trinity Academy are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced full time Business Manager.
The Business Manager is the leading support staff professional in the School, working with the Head in meeting their duty to ensure that the School meets its educational aims, as well as providing professional leadership and management of the financial and administrative support services. The Business Manager will be expected to contribute to the achievement of the educational vision of the School, developing high quality systems and services to support the School, ensuring best practice, financial stability and growth.
We are seeking someone with leadership and management experience in an education setting or in a relevant field outside of education. Finance and Human Resource experience is essential, as is the ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and unpredictable workload with conflicting deadlines. You will be a creative thinker and a solution focused leader with the ability to communicate a vision and inspire and motivate others.
The School has a clear vision on its journey to place Holy Trinity as a beacon of educational excellence and have the Gospel values at the heart of the community it serves. Every detail of Holy Trinity’s distinctive character has been directed towards promoting the culture and vision of a Christ-centred community focused on the experience of ‘life in all its fullness’ for each individual.
We aim to inspire and equip pupils to achieve their potential by enhancing their confidence and achievement in all subjects.
This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires the applicant to be fluent in English.
