About the role
The remit of the team is to gain assurance about the quality of care delivered by commissioned providers. This role will work with services across the Staffordshire adult care market. You will feed into the overall assessment of risk for a care service. This is done by completing visits to services and identifying areas for improvement. Report writing skills are a necessity for this role to capture your findings. You will then work with a service to deliver the required improvements through various support mechanisms and a series of follow up visits.
The position will have a combination of on-site visits at care services and office work, which will require travel across the county.
