Part-Time, 7.5 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced person who is able to carry out the duties and responsibilities of a receptionist to work within Handsworth Wellbeing Centre. In servicing the public through both in a face to face and telephone communications. You should be able to interact positively and communicate effectively at all levels with both customers and staff, be self- motivated, take a proactive approach to your work. The role is 7.5hrs a week part-time to be required every Wednesday from 7:00am - 14:15pm, with the opportunity for further hours as and when necessary to cover other team members.
Working as part of a team in a busy front-line service that will at times require you to be able to priorities customers needs, following the centre programme, following protocols and procedures when process membership applications and payments with attention paid to customers eligibility detail, accuracy of information whilst adhering to GDPR.
An ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence using the English Language as required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016
