Supporting the Authorities HS2 Consents Team we need a Level 7 Road Safety Engineer who is:

  • Exceptionally well organised and able to interpret complex drawings and road safety information to tight deadlines.
  • Able to provide technical assessment and commentary on all Schedule 4 consents in Phase 1
  • To provide robust evidence-based narrative for the draft and full ES in Phase 2b
  • To prepare briefing papers suitable for use in the run up to and during petitioning process of Phase 2b
  • To provide consent management support to the consent officers as required
