We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and friendly Office Manager to take the lead in our busy school office and to join our vibrant two-form entry primary school. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we transition to become part of The Elliot Foundation Academy Trust.
The Role as Office Manager:
You will play a key role in ensuring the administrative functions of Rounds Green run efficiently and effectively. You will supervise reception and administrative staff, systems and processes.
We are looking for an Office Manager who:
- Has experience of working in a school office and can demonstrate efficient ICT skills.
- Has recent experience of using IT systems in schools and a willingness to be trained if
- needed.
- Has knowledge of billing, budgeting and school accounts.
- Acts with professionalism while being friendly and approachable.
- Is able to lead others during a period of change.
