Be Bold.  Be Birmingham.  This is all about how we’re making things happen across the City.  The Council provides services to around one million people, and it’s Europe’s largest local authority.

Following the successful launch of Birmingham’s Clean Air Zone, we are seeking a high calibre individual to join our team as we continue to support Birmingham’s journey to cleaner air.

You will demonstrate practical experience working in a challenging programme/project management environment, assisting with the delivery of project related tasks including project reporting, data processing and wide-ranging correspondence. You will be a team player with a flexible approach and a “can-do” attitude completing tasks within set timeframes.

This is an exciting time for the project and a fantastic opportunity to be involved in supporting the delivery of the Clean Air Zone for the largest local authority in western Europe.

We offer an attractive salary with a minimum of 29 days holiday allowance per year, the opportunity to join a market leading pension scheme and enjoy an impressive package of other health and wellbeing benefits including our flexible working policy.

Please ensure to send your supporting statement as part of your application. This should highlight how your skills and experience meet those specified in the Job Description. Interviews for this post will take place virtually via video conferencing. Shortlisted candidates will be provided with further information.
