Trust Senior Site Supervisor
£32,798-£37,568
37 hours per week, whole year
To start 1st September 2022 or as soon as possible afterwards
We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and skilled individual to support the effective management of premises across the Trust. The role will include elements of strategic planning as well as hands on work supporting the site staff in schools. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and have a proven track record of managing external contractors when undertaking maintenance work in our schools. In addition, the successful candidate will need to be able to adapt to using online platforms for monitoring risk and compliance and produce reports to the COO / Trustees.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key attributes:
- Good understanding of and ability to use specialist equipment / resources. Ability to organise, lead and motivate other staff. Ability to plan and develop systems. Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation. Ability to relate well to children and to adults. Good organising, planning and prioritising skills. Methodical with a good attention to detail.
