Are you an experienced Recruitment Specialist who is looking for an opportunity to continue their career with the Public Sector?

You will be setting up a new team within our People Service Centre where you can use your previous experience in supporting organisations with the up-and-coming ways to attract and recruit the best possible people. 

 

You have a passion for helping others succeed and enjoy filling hard to fill roles. 

Your drive to develop innovative ways to help fill difficult to recruit posts, passion to create an exceptional candidate and manager journey and ability to develop great relationships with a range of different people will be your key to success.  

 

You and your small team will work together with the main Recruitment Team to deliver an outstanding Recruitment Service and you will play an active role as a member of the service leadership team.  

 

Some of the requirements are; 

 

  • CIPD Qualified at level 7 or currently working towards or relevant experience.  
  • Substantial professional experience of resourcing/recruitment deliverer in a large, complex organisation or across sectors
  • Experience of using innovative ideas to get the best candidates for roles
  • Experience of using Social media and other mediums to attract
  • Experience of leading successful projects
  • Used to working at speed in an ever-changing environment
