This role as a Cultural Development Graduate is designed for recent graduates with a degree in Arts or Culture management, or an equivalent and relevant undergraduate level qualification. It will give early and formative experience in applying your learning in a dynamic Cultural Development & Tourism service over an 18-month fixed period.

This specific graduate role is working in a small but dedicated team led by the Culture Service Lead on the development of a new culture and arts strategy for Birmingham 2023-33.
