Are you looking to start or develop a career in data and analysis?  Are you wanting to develop your strong data skills in a role that is helping drive improvements in children and family services? 

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic person to join the Insight Team as an Insight Support Officer.  The Insight Team are a corporate team responsible for providing performance, business and community intelligence to a range of council services and teams.

In this role you will support a team of analysts completing routine and project work that involves collecting, validating, processing, analysing and presenting data and intelligence.  This will be primarily to support the Children & Families services.

You will be confident in working with data, and be a strong user of Excel and confident working with complex databases.  Experience of data visualisation software such as Power BI would be great, but if not you would be supported to learn about the software and processes we use.
