LUNCHTIME SUPERVISOR (2 POSTS)

Grade 2 (£18,516 - £18,887 approx whole year) Actual salary £2,621 - £2,673 approx. depending on years service

Permanent, 6.25 hrs per week, Monday – Friday 12 noon – 1.15 pm or 12.15 pm – 1.30 pm, depending on the year group

Term Time only (38 pupil weeks. Additional time may be required on INSET days for training which will receive an additional payment)

Ridgeway Primary Academy (part of Primitas Learning Partnership) is looking to appoint two Lunchtime Supervisors from September 2022 to provide care of children during the school lunch break.  This will include:

• Supervision of children before, during and after their meal; encouraging them to eat their meal, be it either a hot dinner or a packed lunch, and to use good table manners at all times;
• To summon help in case of illness or injury and to report persistent unruly behaviour;
• Assist in the general setting up and clearing away of dining room equipment; Organising play activities.

Ridgeway Primary Academy has an excellent reputation and provides a lively and creative environment in which to work.  We gained ‘Good’ in our most recent Ofsted inspection and we are a founding member of Primitas Learning Partnership, a new Multi Academy Trust which seeks to make a positive difference in the local community.
