The role

Q3 Academy Tipton is an ambitious and rapidly improving 11-19 Academy, fully committed to raising achievement for students, developing and retaining high quality staff and curriculum innovation. Our Academy's success is underpinned by a relentless focus on raising standards, developing the whole child and improving the quality of provision in every area.

We looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced PA who has excellent attention to detail, can work on their own initiative or as part of a team and can manage a busy, varied workload. The Successful candidate must have strong IT skills. 

Some of the duties and responsibilities are: 

 To provide Personal Assistant Support to the Headteacher, to include diary management, minute taking, confidential note taking, letter writing, complaints and correspondence.

 Maintain a relevant filing system for Headteacher documents.

 To attend staff meetings, take notes, prepare and distribute minutes/notes.

 Maintain the online Shared Area with relevant documents such as policies, ensuring updated policies are in place and old ones archived as required.

 Manage allocated budgets for events as appropriate.
